MORRISVILLE, N.C., USA (December 1, 2004) — Bijur Delimon International, a global family of manufacturers of centralized lubrication products and components, today announced the acquisition of Denco Lubrication Limited. The Denco Lubrication product line and service operations will immediately merge with Germany-based Delimon Lubrication, and will be sold under the name Delimon-Denco Lubrication.

Based out of Hereford, England, Denco Lubrication offers centralized lubrication systems and service to the heavy-duty industrial market, as well as roll coolant systems, oil recirculation systems and cooling water systems. Founded more than 55 years ago, Denco Lubrication provides a single source for design and consultancy, manufacture, installation, commissioning and after sales service. A wide product portfolio and an extensive spare parts list are available to allow systems to be tailored to meet individual customers’ requirements.
