Introducing a robust and effective series of positive displacement lubricators for grease and oil. The LubeStation is available as a single or multipoint unit for grease or oil lubrication of 2, 4, 6 or 8 points. They're compact, battery-powered or 94-240 VAC, motor-driven, pump stations which are fully programmable. The see-through, refillable reservoirs are made from "football helmet tough" polycarbonate, and are easy to fill. LubeStation oil lubricator versions have a wide oil cap and oil inlet wire strainer to protect from foreign contamination. Grease lubrication versions feature a built-in zerk fitting that allow refill of any grease up to NLGI #2.

The LubeStation is a positive volumetric displacement automatic greasing and oiling system that can generate up to 400 PSI of lubrication pressure. The LubeStation has six settings from 40 minutes to 24 hours to allow lubricant to last up to 16 months. It also has a power on/off switch for machinery shutdown periods or it may be programmed for continuous run.

Settings versus reservoir discharge periods
Take the guesswork out of lubricating your machinery. The LubeStation has a built-in program switch with eight settings, including ON/OFF and a continuous run feature. Lubrication cycle OFF times are controlled by DIP switch settings.
